The campaign kicked off with a transformative tour to Kassanda, where participants engaged with thriving farming projects. Maama Kampala, a prominent social media influencer, shared her excitement: "Tomorrow the UCC_ED leads the GoldenPosts initiative, a journey to Kassanda to celebrate and learn from successful farmers."
Building on this momentum, the GoldenPosts team embarked on a journey to Northern Uganda. Robert Asiimwe, a member of the anchor group, shared, "The #GoldenPosts Trip begins! @LindaEvelyn_N and I part of the anchor group of GoldenPosts, exploring key government infrastructure projects." This was during the #Goldenposts visit at the Bunyoro zonal industrial hub in Masindi. The Industrial hub manager, Ms. Turyahebwa Scovia Agatha noted that Students graduated with level one certificates from the Bunyoro Zonal Industrial hub in Masindi after successfully completing the six months training in vocational studies. Courses offered include;- Welding
- Carpentry
- Shoemaking
- Hair dressing
- Baking.
- Tailoring,
Goldenposts team proceeded with a game drive through Murchison falls National Park enjoying the enchanting beauty of the wild and the shimmering Nile waterfalls that gradually give way to serenity along the flow to cool the trumpeting elephants and other animals.
