Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) will host the 15th Communications Consumer Parliament on 20th June 2025 at Soroti Hotel.

As part of UCC’s mandate to protect and empower communications service users, this year’s Consumer Parliament provides a platform for telecommunications, broadcasting and data communication service consumers to interact directly with service providers and the regulator.

As part of its mandate, UCC aims to:

  • Protect and empower communication service users
  • Foster dialogue between consumers and providers
  • Promote digital awareness and accountability

Why You Should Attend

The 15th Consumer Parliament will highlight how UCC continues to implement its consumer protection role, with a special focus on raising awareness around digital safety. We won’t pre-empt the conversation so we’ll let UCC do what it does best.
